What a load of utter ignorant shit
Kolisi had a good game
The bomb squad also have a lot to do with that stat...
...never puts his body on the line?...did you see his face after the match?
Am so sick of this utter ignorant shit when it comes to Kolisi
Some fools know a very little about rugby
It is very unfortunate that his face is broken like that. But it’s because of that high tackle from Sam Cane.
Siya is a good runner in open space and does link with the Backline. With our recent Backline moves he is used as second or third receiver, and does make some metres.
But he does not effect turnovers or engage at ruck time and mostly stands on the fringes to receive the Ball.
He is a Number 6 Flanker and should actually be very involved by the rucks. But he plays a different role under Rassie.
Kwagga is mostly a game changer and can turn a game in our favour, like he did on Saturday.
Siya is 33 and should be phased out to be replaced by Younger inform loosies for the future.
He has definitely made his mark and does good work for the poor people now and also in the future.
I don't see a clear successor for him though...mind you...the 6 playing for the Lions is a constant nuisance...
A Cameron Hanekom has been excellent for the Bulls at 6. Marcel Theunissen for the stormers another one that can be tried. Vincent thsituka can also play there. We have to try new guys to find his successor….how will we know if we don’t try?
Buthelezi has potential I like him and moving Hanekom to 6 is a good move given how many class 8’s we have
Emmanuel Tsituka could make a very handy 6 as well in fact him at 6 is a mouth watering prospect
Agreed both the Tsituka Brothers should be in the Bok set up.
On King,s other thread, I also read that there Citizens-ship has been sorted. Now Rassie must just involve them.
Looks like Buthelezi has fallen a bit out of favour after playing 6 in the Portugal game?
But yes he is a talented player and Rassie has mentioned him as a possible successor. I do think other players also needs to be tried out though.
Yes the Tsituka brothers now have their SA citizenships
But there is a rumour that a French club is after Vincent Tsituka
Rassie should cap them both sooner than later
Here’s the truth:

That seems to be the prevailing view. But what are the facts? There were 5 knockout matches that were competitive, I leave out the Japanese hammering in 2019.
Wales 2019…..Kolisi was subbed in minute 69 when the score was 16 to 16. His absence ensured our win because Louw made the crucial turnover leading to the winning penalty. Final score 19/16. Score after Kolisi left 3/0.
England 2019….Kolisi subbed in minute 64. The Boks were ahead 18/12 and the match wasn’t won. Final score 32/12. Score after Kolisi left 14/0.
France 2023….Kolisi subbed in minute 46, the Boks were behind 19/22. The final score the Boks won 29/28. Score after Kolisi left 10/6.
England 2023….Kolisi subbed in minute 51. The score was Boks behind 6/12. Final score Boks win 16/15. Score after Kolisi left 10/3.
New Zealand ….Kolisi subbed in minute 73…the score 12/11 which was also the final score. In at least 3 of these games, Wales, France and England we won the match after he left the park.
In aggregate we were 71 /73 with Kolisi on the park and 37/9 after he left the park. Clearly there were other factors at play. For example Pollard coming on and making his kicks. But it’s very hard to argue Kolisi was essential to our WC wins. In every match the victory was in doubt when he left the park.
And in every match except NZ we did markedly better after he was subbed.
Kolisi leading us to WC victory is a pleasant fiction.

Just looked at the stats over the last few years. We all know Kolisi is a part timer that only plays half a game. When he is on, he becomes a fantastic ruck inspector, meaning, never puts his body on the line, but dodges the ruck clearers with the hope of pinching the ball. Then, he stays wide in the channels away from contact and then stuff up good backline play. Yes, he looks good running in the centres, bashing the ball over, but any team with an overlap will generate momentum.
Then, SA was 10 points behind at one stage at the game. At 62 min Kolisi leaves the field, kwagga comes on and bags a try. Not only does he bag a try but manages to rip the ball from the kiwis, dive up to get behind the defenders and the boks then get the ball out wide which eventually lead the boks into their 22 and the boks score a try.
How many times have kwagga come on after Kolisi or even van staden and the boks start winning.
To me he is so over hyped.
